ViewI built a touch-based photo carousel back in 2007 that allowed navigation via swipe gestures. The original version was built in Flash/ActionScript 3.0, but I've been slowly converting it to JavaScript off and on, over the years.
Recently, I've been excited about the discovery of an open source project called Ruffle that can emulate the Flash Player, allowing old Flash content to be played again in modern browsers via JavaScript and WASM. I've been able to bring the original TouchSlide back to life in a post-Flash world!
